Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. Normal delivery time is 99% 2 days if the product is in stock, but may take longer depending on the shipping companies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
HOW SHOULD I ACT IF THE SHIPMENT IS VISIBLE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
Ask the driver to note the damage to the consignment note / PDA before you sign for the delivery, otherwise you will approve the goods in their existing condition. After that, the complaint needs to be reported to Postnord, DHL, Schenker or DSV by the freight payer.
If you do not want to receive the shipment due to the damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery before you acknowledge the shipment.
THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED WITHOUT VISIBLE DAMAGES BUT WHEN I UNPACK I SEE THE ITEM IS BROKEN. WHAT DO I DO?
Notification of hidden damage must be made within 7 days of delivery. Photograph the damage and contact the party you ordered the goods from.
We charge a handling fee of 5% of the product content, however at least SEK 250, plus the shipping costs for unredeemed packages.
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box. However, this does not apply to specially ordered products that we do not normally stock.
Returns are made at your own expense unless we have packed incorrectly, then we will send a shipping note. Returns must be sent as letters or company packages, we do not collect packages sent to agents. The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.
If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. According to the new E-Commerce Act, which came into force on 13 June 2014, retailers have the right to make deductions in the event of returns, damaged packaging or other damage. Up to 25% discount for unpacked product and up to 50% discount for tested product.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. You have no right of withdrawal if the product is used.

WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF COMPLAINT - ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PURCHASE ACT
We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden. The product warranty covers only original defects, i.e. defects present in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
The guarantee does not apply to our dry goods (food and beverages) or printed matter.
The guarantee does not apply to incorrectly installed products, you must have relevant training or experience to technical products for assembly and installations. This is especially true when configuring, connecting and adjusting technical products.
Check the product carefully before you send it in, if it is not a warranty error, a fee of SEK 495 will be charged for troubleshooting + shipping costs.

Your receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well as the document is required if you need to exercise your warranty.
Please note that for companies, there are other rules for warranty and complaint rights. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty right given by the supplier. Companies also do not have a right of complaint in addition to their warranty right from the supplier.
